No matter what you could never tell if it's genuine even if everyone trusts it. I trust the FDA so I get Merck's Propecia from a USA pharmacy.

Legitimate Canadian pharmacies are great. Make sure the web site is for a pharmacy that has an actual pharmacy that people can go to to get prescriptions, that they have a phone number for talking to an actual pharmacist if you have any questions, and that they require a valid prescription before selling it to you.
