SO i was working out at home. I was watching random shows and i landed on TLC on Little People Big World. Im not really a TLC watcher but it was ok background noise and the ep was good. So next up was Jon & Kate plus eight. I have never watched this show just heard from others what it was about and saw Kate on the news giving her take on that Octo-mom lady.
So im watching it. Kate starts talking about his hair loss, they show him getting a hair cut with her in the waiting room. He was joking it would be a quick cut and each hair loss was because of her. After They were being interviewed together like they do throughout the show, both of them on the couch talking to the camera. So Jon says he isnt really that bothered by his hair loss and its mostly her!!! I was expecting her to defend it saying that wasnt true but no, she responds that "its just a sad reminder he's getting old" i swear my opinion of her did a complete 180. SHE was the reason he was getting the surgery!! That or they needed more material for the show. I know it mustve bothered him a little but being a married man with so many kids he didnt really care. But it was this woman who put her insecurities on him!!!
I was going to change the channel after that because she was just making me mad, but i went to go make a protein shake and came back and i thought i recognized someone on the show in a surgical mask. They chose Dr.Rassman! Which says a lot when you have a tv show and its company choosing you, it speaks very highly. It was nice watching it, for a tv show on raising kids they actually showed pretty detailed how the procedure was done. I would say Dr. Rassman should ask for all the video show in the OR because just what was aired was a great detailed video of the procedure and what to expect during and after and not to wear a tight knit cap immediately after the procedure!
Anyways after watching it and getting a feel for that woman i have to say i really dont like her. She put her kids and her husband on that show for her own vanity. She is so concerned with her looks she has perfectly styled hair even while changing diapers and it seems like Jon does most of the work and knows more about the kids. It seems like she just wants her 15 minutes. Man she makes me mad.
But i digress, Dr. Rassman GREAT JOB!
