I realize that Dr. Rassman DOES NOT normally endorse the use of the topical spironolactone for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia in males.

But, if a patient were to begin using topical spironolactone 5% lotion or cream three (3) weeks after surgery in conjunction with Minoxidil 5% in the crown area ONLY, would this cause any harm or damage to the grafted areas on the front of the scalp or hairline area?

3 weeks out from surgery, the grafts that were placed should be healed pretty nicely. I don't think that there's much risk of it harming them.

And I know I'm just repeating what you already know, but Dr. Rassman does not recommend using spironolactone for hair loss.
