Hey guys, new baldy here. 24yrs old losing hair along the front of my head, right and left sides thinning and have that front triangle thing going in the middle. Even the hair middle of the front of my head is starting to get whispy and it looks like my hair line is moving permanetly back:(

Anyways ive made some major lifestyle changes the biggest was quitting weed after 10 years cold turkey, weed cant be that harsh of a drug if after 10 years of 3-6x daily use i only had a few sleepness nights and an overactive mind. Along with that started working out building muscle.. pretty quickly i might add and changed up my diet started drinking more green tea and thats about it.

Its been about a month, should i be looking for changes by now or should i give it more time? The reason i wonder is im thinking of taking Propecia i hear the earlier you start the better but if its possible i might regain some of this hair or at the very least stop it from being whispy and falling out or strengthen the existing whispy hair.

How long in between adding these type of things and taking away the negative things should i give before trying something new?

now off topic but for anyone thats interested i stopped the weed use after i read on google a few people losing hair and regaining it after stopping ganj, no timeline given though. Im hoping the same thing happens but ive needed to quit for many other reasons but it took something affecting my looks for vain ol' me to quit.

Not to thread-kill or anything, but I dropped a few ideas in the thread you made over here (http://baldingforum.com/showthread.php?t=738), but I'm not the hair loss god or anything so if anyone else has any suggestions or ideas for Crisos, don't be shy.
