im only 16 and ever since 4th, i have had this bald spot? on the top of my head. On some odd occasions alot of my hair has fallen out, and on some days it doesn't at all. I can't find what the cause is. It driving me insane, because sometimes when people noticed it just shoots me right down. Anything hints or tips to stop this or regrow naturally before we start thinking chemically?

I'd need more info to give you any advice. Where is the spot? How big is it? How quickly did the hair fall out, etc.

A picture would help too.
