I was wondering what the chances were of propecia spreading skin diseases such as vitiligo, eczema, and psoriasis. My assumption is it's relatively slim. I have vitiligo and got a prescription for propecia, but I'm a little worried about it. I don't want to treat baldness and have adverse effects on vitiligo. Thanks for any help.

Hi Sal,

I dont' see any indication that Propecia or any other form of Finasteride will change any skin diseases at all. You shouldn't worry about it.
