it been 18 days after my hair transplant

i had transplant 2849 graft but it seem to me that the graft are not so many

my dr tell me that my graft had been shed and is it mean that it do not contain hair and will not grow any more hair ?

please give your comment and advice

Your english is a little rough, but it sounds like your Doctor told you that you had some shedding after the procedure right? That's normal for some people.

That's one of the tough things about hair transplants, you have such a long time to wait to see the results. But if you've been two weeks past your surgery and you don't have any infection and you're healing nicely, then you should be just fine.
