Avoiding the "Hellraiser" look

I'm 38... I begin losing my hair at 17... was not brave enough to "shave the head" and be the baldy... I got hair restoration in 1995. My hair came in pretty good, was happy for a while. I never liked getting my hair wet, because the scar would show easier.. Anyway now my hair has been thinning more and more... Especially on the Front.. No I my hairline on one side has spaces of bald area and then 2 spots of 4grafts each. Not only does it look weird to me, but it occassionally "flops" over.. It's so embarrassing. What I would give to be able to shave my head! Anyway, what's done is done! I need advice on the next step. I still have the grafts on the top and thin but coverage.. on the top... I need some advice on what to do at this stage. A friend of mine asked me the other day if I've have hair replacement surgery. "Ouch" So now I'm getting to the point where it's going to be more obvious. Please tell me there is hope. As a 22 year old, I rushed into it.. As a 38 year old I want to be wise in making the right decision.
I've heard of Neo graft, micro graft, etc... Is there any hope for people with my situation?
