Curious about if Im going bald or not

Hi first time posting here, so I have a small bald spot right in the center of my forehead, just there now where else. I went to the doctor and she said it was male pattern baldness. I have had just this one spot for a year it has grown very slightly but not very much. I have very long hair and my hair is thin everywhere but no balding on crown maybe receding a little in the temples. If this was male pattern baldness shouldn't this worsen or change? I have started to take Nioxen 3 part treatment, only used it for a few weeks. I am here looking for some kind of way to restore this small bald spot in the center or an idea of what could cause this if its not male pattern. I looked at charts and pictures of typical male pattern and the dead center of your fore head seems to be one place that hair still grows sort of. I got a prescription for Propecia, but am hesitant to try it I have heard about emu oil ans nizdrol the anit dandruf shampoo and am considering those.

It's wet so it's hard to tell but it seems like a little thinning ....give rogaine a try
