I'm new to this and would like to try propecia. I don't have a prescription but would like to know where to purchase and how much? Is the generic version okay? if so, where can I purchase and how much?

For obvious reasons I can't recommend that you illegally obtain medication that is a controlled substance under United States law. Best that you get a prescription from a doctor.

If you're not located in the United States, check with your local laws regarding prescriptions of Finasteride.

Seriously, get a prescription and fill it at a licensed pharmacist. PRESCRIPTION DRUGS ARE REGULATED FOR A REASON!
