Hello, I am 22 years old and experiencing a receding hairline.

Both corners are pushing back but one side seems a lot steeper and more severe.
Is that a normal occurrence or am I in the minority?

Also if your hair is thick all the way round your hairline does this suggest that it may have just found its mature shape and will remain that way for several years?

I really appreciate any comments and thoughts left.
Thank you :)

It's fairly normal to have a bit of asymmetry in your hairline, but it's a matter of degree. I'd be interested to see a photo to judge, as it's hard to guess what your hairline really looks like.

Fortunately most balding does not happen on just one side of the head or the other, so if your hairline is higher on one side and it really bugs you, then you can just get a simple hair transplant to even it out. Pretty simple procedure really.
