I would especially appreciate comments from both Mark and Dr Rassman.

Dr Rassman is in surgery today but I forwarded this to him to look at.
I haven't had a chance to really look at it, but the first thing I notice is that the miniaturized hairs look like they've all been cut short, all over your head. I don't think I've ever seen that before. What kind of haircut do you wear?

The hair was shaved like two months ago. I guess the tiny hairs with the "cut off" appearance decided to stop grow after a while.
Dr.Rassman, skip surgery for once! Comment my pictures please :D :p ;)

That's what I thought. When hairs miniaturize their growth cycles get completely stunted. Instead of growing and resting and growing and resting, they just kinda stop going through that growth phase.
It's very interesting to see it in your case though because you can really see the practical effect of it. You cut your hair, and the normal hairs continued to grow the way they should, but these miniaturized hairs just stopped in their tracks.
Fascinating.

Is there anything in particular you'd like him to look at? The answer I gave was the one that Dr Rassman gave to me.

How bad is the decay? Severe miniaturization? Please grade it. Thanks.

Well, the reason we put up all this info here is so that you guys can evaluate things yourselves. I can do it for you, but all I'm doing is counting grafts and giving a rough percentage of miniaturized hairs. I just say this so that others who post their miniaturization test don't get discouraged if one of the doctors doesn't make it in to comment. You guys don't need a doctor to do this.
But I'll go ahead and check this out right now. If you could get photos of your donor area I can get a better idea of what is "normal" for your hair. Just glancing at the photos it does look like you've got miniaturization in the whole front of your head (A-F) with varying states of miniaturization. Not much on the top of the head, and then more miniaturization in the crown. Possibly reaching a Norwood class 4 or 5V if left untreated.

if its DHT making the hairs smaller how come it only affects certain hairs in the same area?

Scientists still don't fully understand exactly why Male Pattern Baldness happens, nor why it tends to happen in the same general areas in males. For example the norwood chart. (http://www.baldingblog.com/2006/12/05/balding-after-30-years-old/)
