Hello everybody.
I take shower daily and the shampoo i use is Head and shoulders.
What i notice is every 2-3 days, i see around 10-15 hairs in my hands after massaging my scalp with the shampoo. I am sure it is not Male pattern baldness.
So i wanted to know if it is not a good idea to wash hair daily in general and also with head and shoulders shampoo daily. ( my hair is very dry and hence i should take shower daily. and i read it on internet that SLS based shampoos can cause hair loss. But i am not able to find a good SLS free shampoo..)
I feel helpless and am really worried. Kindly let me know your thoughts on this.
(I strongly feel, if i get a good shampoo,i can control hair fall. But i have been experimenting with many.but found none good.)
