RegenesisScam

Hi there,
My question is, have you heard of ‘Hair Regenesis Clinic"? I went to see them a few months back in late May here in Melbourne, Australia and they had a smooth talking salesman there who said that they could take a sample of my hair from the back and multiply up to 70,000 hairs in a lab and transplant however much I need back into my head and it will stay for ever. They indicated the sample would be sent to the USA. They would use a skin similar to the artificial skin and attach the hairs to this skin. In two years with regular treatment it would regrow. I had seen some of the results and they looked good. The sales person who claims he owned the clinic said he was a live example of the process. As they represented that they had been involved in the research on cloning i foolishly paid them $5,000 up front. I had waited the six weeks and after that period elapsed, they then said they had back orders, causing further delays of two weeks. I have received no return calls and i feel i have done my money in. It seems that they are only specialists in a laser treatment.
Have any others had experiences? I am considering action via Consumer affairs and lawyers, and i am at my tether and cant afford to see my lost hard earnings vanish to a pack of fraudulent scam artists. Can they sell me something they don't have? I got nothing? Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thankyou.
