STRIP: Could the closure of the scar pull face?

I've started doing these scalp exercises in order to increase laxity. When I do this I notice that my forehead gets at least half an inch bigger when I pull the scalp back.

It feels as if a scar closure would cause the same forehead enlargement due to the pulling/sewing.

Please explain what happens with the size of the forehead after a closure.

The stretching of the forehead will not occur from a strip excision so don't worry about that. Most older men would love to see the brow pull up (like a brow lift) that would make the creases go away. but it does not happen. I always tell my patients if they get the value of either a brow lift or a face lift from strip surgery, please send me the value of that surgery (about $5,000). Since no one ever sent that to me, I must assume that it never happens (it really does not happen at all).

In conclusion: Your forehead will not change after a strip surgery.

Whatever you placed here about the strip surgery is actually what I do want to know as I have found many people who are actually finding some problems with their forehead and they dont usually get the solution so, I do think that there will be some great place for this so, that you get the better surgery.
