17 year old with hair loss

I really need some advice over here. I'm 17 only this year but the problem with my hair loss is worsening. My hairline is receding and the top of my scalp is visibly thin. I'm considering on starting on propecia but i'm really worried about the side effect of man boobs. Could i take this medication http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamoxifen along with propecia to reduce the chances of developing the man boobs? And i'm really afraid that i'll become infertile if i start on the medication. Can i get some assurance on this? T_T

Look, there is scary side effects that stop me from thinking to take propecia or etc and I've decided to do hair transplant in the future ... meanwhile, I'm using only minoxi + nizoral and it's not that (I'm not very satisfied) helping but i think it's a bit slowing down the mpb and I managed to regrow some hair on the temples (!!!) even though it's suppose to not work there ... as weird it sounds, i haven't managed to regrow hairs (maybe a lil bit) on my crown ... I'm not bald yet but i have thinning ... you better to read a lot and think with yourself to take propecia or etc or not ... good luck :D

i am 16 year old, i will turn 17 in december.
compared to my friends i have a good hair growth all over my body. my beared growth is full.

from the past one month i have been losing a lot of hair.
i see fallen hair on the pillow(15 - 20),on my tshirt and even while taking a bath. i am really concerned as i dont want to be bald.

my dads baldness started wen he was 40. so it worries me a bit.

please help.
