Proscar help

Ok i have a problem i am 19 and have been taking proscar cut into 4 for about a month now and whenever i take them a get this numb feeling under my left eye top of my cheek a first it was so annoying that i decided to stop till it went which took about a week. Then i started again i still get this weird numb like feeling but it is not as bad no more and i can just about put up with it but i was wondering if you think my face will start to look weird and bit deformed if i carry on because this must be doing something to my face for this numbness to appear has anyone else ever had this side effect and if so what happened did it end up messing up for face or anything? :s


also they say this drug dont work at the hairline but does it work if you are thinning all over the front but your hairline is not receding much?

If you're having any numbness in your face, I highly suggest you talk to your physician about that. That is not any side effect of finasteride that we have ever heard of, but you may have an allergy to it. I would stop taking it ASAP and consult with your doctor.

And it's not that the drug doesn't work for the hairline, it's just that it doesn't work for as many people in the hairline as it does in the crown.
