I don't want to answer all posts and giving you only one opinion all of the time. So I listed all the ingredients that this drug contains here and I will wait 7 days to see what other readers might think about it. Then I will add my opinion.

NOTE: The description to the ingredients has been quoted from the site which is producing this product. IT IS NOT MY OPINION. But I wanted to show you how this websites promotes their product. If we want an objective discussion everyone's opinion must be considered and stated.

The site states that Hair experts have highlighted the most important reasons for hair loss:

* Medical conditions: Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid disease can hamper hair
production
* Medication: Drugs for acne, diet and chemotherapy are the rogue medications that
cause hair-loss
* Poor nutrition: Insufficient intake of vitamins and nutrients result the in hair not receiving
enough for proper growth
* Hair treatments: Chemical treatments like color, bleach or perm greatly affect hair
growth

Now, Dr Rassman just wrote today on the blog that 99% of hair loss is related to genetics. I wonder why this has not been high lighted by the so called hair experts? Okay ask yourself:

You color you hair often?
Did you make a crash diet recently?
You taking any medications for acne?
You have any harsh medical conditions?

I know many people that could answer all these question with "no" and still they lose hair. And why are only men losing hair? Are we men more likely to make crash diets? Do we color our hair more than women? I doubt it! So what is this site trying to sell us?!

All right lets look at the ingredients:

Biotin: Is needed for hair growth but when you eat sort of healthy this is not the reason for hair loss. I lost 15 kg from 80 kg to 65 kg in a crash diet and had no hair loss at all. You would really need to suffer from anorexia nervosa to see any hair loss related to lacking vitamins. Right now I work in Thailand at the border of Cambodia in a refugee camp. The people here are so insanely starved. Still: All those skinny 18 year old boys and girls have full heads of hair.

Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: If I am not mistaken that is "Vitamin b 6". Again...its only a supplement that wont help much if you don’t suffer from hardcore crash diet.

Emblica officinalis extract: The site says: "Stops hair loss, encourages hair growth and control and halts the graying of hair. It protects the scalp by fighting infection of scalp." (Quoted from site) How? How does it stop hair loss? What data are you referring to? How representative is the data? Show me scientific evidence!

Serenosa repens: Aha, now all of a sudden hormones are responsible for hair loss. Why wasnt that mentioned in the top reasons for hair loss? The hair experts must have forgotten! DHT is a biologically active metabolite of the hormone testosterone which is the main reason for hair loss. Okay so one ingredient actually tries to tackle the main problem. But please: Show me one study which is in any way representative that proves that this ingredient works in inhibiting DHT.

Look at the pictures on their website: http://www.trichozed.com/index.php The handsome scientist with his full head of hair is greeting us! Then look at the picture right below the headline "Have you decided on an anti-hair loss option yet?" There is a man who is bald. But think logical: Why would the man keep the hair on his sides and only lose them on the top of his head? Are the hairs on our sides immune to vitamin deficiency? Immune to harsh coulur treatments? The man in the picture is clearly suffering from Male pattern hair loss. The only approved medication to counter this is Minoxidil and Propecia. FDA approved in safety and efficiency.

Also: "Hair growth within a month." These are all promises which simply cannot be kept. If I was you I would be very very careful with buying this. Not because it may harm your health but rather your wallet.

To add on: I would recommend one more question within the FAQ: How is that product supposed to work? Does nobody ask that at all?! 70 % of the FAQ are focused on how this company gets their cash. Yes now these are important questions!!!

I thought I'd chime in here as Lain seems to be doing all the work!

Agreed a Total waste of time and money.

If this was a miracle cure we'd see more about it than a few Scant references on blogs and Yahoo answers.

I've already requested that her posts be removed from http://hairlosswomenorganin.net/1077/noticed-recent-hair-loss-was-told-due-to-lack-of-protein/comment-page-1/#comment-7373 and yahoo answers.

The latter has already been done.

I've done my bit for today but if anyone sees this product promoted anywhere else please bring it up here so we can counter the misinformation.

Hi guys,

Just popped in from another post and thought i'd add my two pence worth to the discussion.

Completely agree with Lain and NLP here in that any website that doesn't fully explain the pros and cons of the product is distracting from the truth.

If a doctor or healthcare provider won't prescribe it, then it's clearly not going to be of any use. Further still, the medicine may do harm to you.

I mentioned in a post on this site just moments ago that propecia is a safe product to try for men suffering from hair loss. It's aimed at treating male pattern baldness.

Here's a link to the website i orderd from:

www.121doc.co.uk/propecia.html

Let me know if you try it, eager to hear your thoughts.

Thanks,
