Sure, there are plenty of options. One would be to do a scar revision surgery which we offer free to our patients. What we do is cut the old scar tissue out, and then re-close the wound using a Trichophytic Closure. (http://www.baldingblog.com/2006/04/11/trichophytic-closure-photos/)

Another option would be to simply transplant grafts into the scar tissue using FUE, but doctors almost always charge by the graft for that service.

How big is your scar? I'm looking at having an ht now, how big can the scars be? How big should they be?
