Why all the negative doctor posts without stating their names

I have written about mal-practice in the hair transplant community many times in published articles in the Hair Transplant Forum as well as baldingblog.com addressing the often seen lack of ethics and snake oil salesmen demeanor of some of the doctors. I have been a witness for the plaintiff twice in mal-practice actions. I do not like to go to court, but sometimes I have been stimulated to side with victims in such actions. I am a straight shooter and say it like I see it. I hope that this answers your questions.

I agree with your post and it's good to hear this coming from a surgeon. I take hair transplant forums with a grain of salt. who knows who these people are posting. They could be patients on commission or even surgeons posting themselves to pump up their own clinic! I found a site that allows you to communicate directly with surgeons online, so only the surgeons can respond to you. I found it cut out all the crap www.hairtransplantinsider.com I'm still using forums myself for my research though, there are some quality posts, it's just so time consuming. Dr. Rassman, I'm not ready for my HT yet, saving up some more, but how much do you charge for financing? (interest rate).
