Hello,
Thanks for your help. Has anyone experienced a significant reduction in exercise (aerobic) tolerance once starting Propecia (finasteride)? I am a very active 37 yo (almost completely bald) runner and cyclist who started taking propecia for about 3 weeks and noticed a significant reduction in aerobic capacity and increase in fatigue during vigorous exercise. I don't think these symptoms are all in my head (no pun intended). This side affect makes physiologic sense, but I wondered if anybody else experience similar symptoms. These symptoms are so life altering to me that I stopped the medication. Thanks again.

That's certainly an unusual side effect.

Why were you taking propecia if you're already almost completely bald?
