I'm 22 years old with early frontal loss. Currently am a NW2 but the temples are getting weak and overall the first 2cm of my hairline is more see through. I been on Propecia for exactly 11 months and everything is about the same I started so I guess it's halting MPB. I did see a little thickening after 5 months on the med but at the same time a little loss and that was it really. My question is can my front still become fuller or is it too little. Because I been reading places that especially for young guys like me results can come in until like 2 years into treatment!?

Sure, it can happen, but nobody can tell you with any real accuracy whether it will happen to you.
I will say though that it's fairly unlikely to see regrowth in the front. Usually we simply see a halting of future loss in the front when starting propecia, and occasionally a small amount of regrowth in the back.

Well I guess I'll keep the hope alive. But you see I'm not opting for actual new hair regrowth if only half of miniaturized hairs thicken I would look way fuller, that's all I want to happen. But my question is if the crown hairs can thicken with Propecia why wouldn't the front hair!?

The key word there is "can". Yeah, it "can" thicken the crown hair, but it doesn't happen in everyone. The same thing is true for the hairline.
As far as why that's the case, propecia simply works differently in different areas of the scalp, and also reacts differently with different people. There are simply too many variables at play for anyone to be able to accurately tell you what kind of results you'll see from the drug.

One more thing I forgot to ask... I always read that peak responses are between 6-12 months on Propecia! Is this 2 year mark a new thing?
