I have seen a lot of varying prices listed on sites across the Internet. Some sites quote between £2,000-£3,500 (roughly what we paid for my laser vision correction) and some sites raise the banner considerably higher, sometimes up to and including £15,000 (!)

Different clinics will probably (and most likely) charge various sums, but is there an average price in existance, based on say a survey of various clinics? Also, is it common practice for the payment to be made nearly all at once or in stages, such as monthly?

By the way, I've identified my hair loss as being halfway between Norwood 1 and Norwood 2, although judging by the charts, I'd say it was closer to a Norwood 1. It may still be a mature hairline developing in regards to my age, but with a history of baldness on my dad's side (but no trace on my mother's) I am inclined to be cynical.

Most hair transplant clinics price per graft placed, and they'll give you an estimate of how many grafts would be necessary to achieve the look you're after. There usually is a minimum charge as well.

These are our fees (http://www.newhair.com/fees/), and I'd suggest looking around at different doctors to see how they price their procedtures.

We have financing options available, as I'm sure most other hair transplant clinics offer as well.

The charges are like $3.00 to $5.00 per graft which can be very affordable and it will be better to find some ways that will be good as hair transplant can be costly in some ways or it may not so, this is totally depends on where you want to go for so, that it can be beneficial for you.

Thanks

I have been doing my research for last couple of years. The transplant price ranges from $3 to $5 per graft, depending on number of grafts. Now it is very important that you have the donor grafts on your head, again depends the type of hair loss you are experiencing. One of the best place for transplant surgery is Hasson & Wong in Vancouver, British Columbia. I recently, had a surgery and received 2900 grafts. There were three other individuals who also got their surgery during this time. They received 6000, 4800 and 6300 grafts. One individual was from Greece. another one from California. People come to this place from all over the world. They are really good at what they do.

The actual average cost of the surgery from any good clinic will cost you around $5000.

It is important to stress that hair transplant costs vary, that is why it is imperative that you consult a variety of doctors before choosing one. The price of a hair graft, for example, can range from $3.00 a graft to $10.00 a graft.
