Hair Transplantation on a Scalp Psoriasis head

Hi ,

I have a class 3 baldness and suffering from scalp psoriasis. My questions are twofold,


1) Can hair transplantation be done on Scalp psoriasis head

2) Scalp psoriasis leads to temporary hair loss too, some of the hairs are in short form in the lesions for long time. My question is how could you identify the portion to be transplanted is completely bald or the hair follicles are gone in telogen phase -- in the daily hair loss limit(50 -100 strands per day).

I would need to examine the patient and see where the psoriasis is located. Then I can render an opinion.
